Dawgs Swept by Warriors

Dawgs lose double header to Warriors.

Despite a 4-run deficit in the first inning of game 1, the Dawgs almost came all the way back, eventually falling 4-3 to the Ridgefield Park Warriors on Sunday. The Dawgs scored three runs in the failed comeback on a single by Tyler Coltelli in the fourth, a single by Bert Tice in the fifth, and a single by Mike Moore in the sixth.

The Dawgs had eight hits in the game. Gianni Marano and Bert each had multiple hits for the Dawgs. Marano led the Dawgs with three hits. 

The Dawgs lost game 2 by a final score of 12-3. The Dawgs scored their 3 runs on RBI singles by Tice, Marano, and Ian D.-W. Marano led the Dawgs offense in game 2 as well, Going 4 for 4 with 2 triples.
