Entering Week 3, German Valley had a record of 2-2 and were set to play the Rockaway Township Riptide who are in the division above them. The Colonials rolled over them in both games in the double header. Connor Utter continued his bid for Cy Young as he pitched 5 scoreless innings only allowing a single hit. The team came through with plenty of run support in their 9-1 victory. Jacob McFarland provided the fuel with a 3-4 day at the plate.

In game 2 the Riptide struck early with a 3-0 lead. Crowe then settled in and held them down. In the forth inning, the team woke up and put up 14 unanswered runs, they had 13 batters in a row reach base before the first out was recorded. Eddie Frank lead the charge with 2 hits including a double! The team has their sights set high as they enter the Mother's Day break 4-2!
