The NJ Dawgs beat the Roxbury Expos 11-3 in game one of their double header at Free Union Field on Sunday. The Dawgs scored four runs in the opening frame and batted around in the sixth for another five runs. Ben Howarth led the offense with three hits and three RBI.

John Minetti took the mound for his second start of the season for the Dawgs and went the distance, striking out 10 and walking two while giving up one earned run.
